a 5-week program

How we feel and function in our body makes all the difference in our quality of life. This customized program is designed to make big shifts in the body so you can live more comfortably. During the 5 weeks, changes will be made and reinforced on a weekly basis to balance the body and mind as well as obtain your desired goals.

Somatic Balancing* A Hands on Mind-Body Approach

These individual sessions focus on creating lasting change within the mind and body by using various types of myofascial bodywork simultaneously with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). The combination makes changes within the body while cultivating a deeper mind-body awareness. They are also specifically tailored to meet each individual’s needs.

Somatic means body intelligence; somatic balancing is a way to support our bodily needs through facilitative touch and mind-body communication. The mind-body is always working together and never separate from one another. Our thoughts and state of mind are powerful and play an essential role in how our body feels and our overall state of being.

THE CORE PARTS OF
THE PROGRAM:

  • Part 1 - Exploring Your Body’s History / A Recipe for Success

    Everyone’s body has a story and it begins as early as birth. Every encounter we have had is part of our body’s story and has an effect on our body and mind. In this step, we will dive deeper into your history as well as your beliefs about healing.

  • Part 2 - Finding Vitality / A Hands-On Mind-Body Approach

    This is a crucial step that focuses on healing the mind-body while building a strong awareness of how they affect one another. These sessions are a hands-on holistic approach.

  • Part 3 - Wellness Workshops / Be Your Own Healer

    Healing comes from within! Practitioners provide us with support and knowledge but ultimately, it’s the work we do with that knowledge that will help us. These workshops are intended to give you the tools needed to connect deeply to your inner healer.

  • Part 4 - Your Blueprint for Well-Being / Mapping Out Sustainability

    This session will include a review of the changes you made during the program as well as what you will need to continue making progress. It’s essential to have a self-care plan in place that is realistic for your lifestyle. This way you can set yourself up for success.
