Self-Myofascial Release tools can be a helpful way to care for your body between sessions. Many of the tools below are ones we’ve recommended to our clients for years because of their therapeutic benefits. Most of these links are Amazon affiliate links to trusted vendors. • Myofascial Release Ball

Every new MFR client receives an air-filled myofascial release ball on their first visit! If you need an additional ball or a replacement, try this foam release ball that’s 5” in diameter.

  • Low Density Foam Roller

This foam roller is 36” by 6” making it long and soft enough to support many self-myofascial release techniques.

  • Super Soft Foam Roller

Same as above, but extra soft! This high-quality foam roller provides extra softness for comfortable compression and gentle relief.

  • Strap

A strap comes in handy for sustaining certain myofascial stretches. This is a simple 8ft strap.

  • Comprehensive Myofascial Self Treatment Book

This is a wonderful book explaining different ways to facilitate self-myofascial release. It includes many techniques targeting the entire body.

  • Air Pump

Fill your air-filled Myofascial Release Ball to make it firmer or take some air out to give it a softer feel. Customize each technique to fit your individual needs and comfort.
