Self - Myofascial Release • Beginner Class
This gentle class provides an in-depth look at the fascial system plus various tools to connect deeply with the mind and body. Learn self-myofascial release and breathwork techniques as building blocks for developing an at-home practice. Additionally, everyone will receive a Self-MFR tool and class packet to help them get started right away. This in-person class will be small to allow plenty of time for individual hands-on support.
