Take a break and unwind with me in a Movement & Meditation - Myofascial Rebounding & Unwinding followed by a Grounding Meditation virtual class on Wednesday, September 3rd. This gentle session is designed to help you release tension, quiet your mind and find balance. This class will begin with soothing breathwork and light stretching, followed by a guided meditation. Whether you're new to these practices or have experience, you'll learn simple yet effective techniques to regulate your nervous system and ease stress.

This class is open to everyone, regardless of experience level. It’s a welcoming and supportive space where you can relax and recharge.

For this class, you will need:

  • 1 soft foam roller 36” by 6” or 2 large pillows

  • 1 soft release ball or 1 medium towel

  • 1 Yoga Strap or 1 Belt

  • Yoga or Exercise Mat

While small donations are appreciated to support the offering, they are completely optional—your presence is what matters most.

Once you register, you will receive a Zoom link and password to access the session, along with a reminder a few days before class to help you prepare.
