The Wellness Workshop Series is a two-part online experience designed to gently release stress-held tension and restore a natural sense of ease to your body.

In this series, we’ll explore supported myofascial stretching paired with breathwork and guided meditation to help your nervous system feel safe enough to soften. This is not about pushing or forcing change; it’s about creating the conditions where your body can unwind on its own. Whether you’re feeling chronically tense, energetically sensitive or simply ready to reconnect with your body in a new way, this workshop series offers a gentle and integrative starting point.

Your experience includes:

• Two 75-minute live online workshops
• 15-minute live Q&A after the workshop
• Access to workshop recordings for 3 months

By the end of the workshop, you may notice:

• Greater ease in your neck, shoulders and hips
• A deeper, more natural breath
• Less bracing and more fluid movement
• A calmer, more grounded inner state

For the best experience, we recommend using the tools listed below. If you don’t have them, we’ll provide a list of common household items that can be used as alternatives.

• 1 soft or low-density foam roller (36” x 6”)
• 1 soft release or air-filled ball (4”–5” in diameter)
• 1 strap
• 2 blocks
• 1 yoga or exercise mat

After registering, you’ll receive a Zoom link and password, along with a reminder a few days before the session to help you set up your space and prepare for the workshop.
